On Saturday, Bernama Chairman Datuk Seri Azman Ujang spoke on the need for Bernama to be innovative in facing the new media landscape.
As a news provider, Bernama should be able to adapt itself with new ideas to stay relevant.
He was speaking at the Bernama Family Day 2017 dinner at Pangkor Island.
It is a never-ending devotion for him to spearhead Bernama's efforts towards excellence.

Interestingly, he noted: "The bosses have spent considerable time and money on brainstorming session, even holding their own "retreat" at seaside resorts. They were aimed at identifying problems within BERNAMA and I'm sure they have got the answers."
With the present management having just concluded a two-day retreat on Friday, although not by the seaside but a Felda hot-spring resort, the way forward have been identified.
